Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At Blue Mahoe Creative Creative, many of our items are handcrafted and personalized, so preparation often begins shortly after an order is placed. Please review the policy before purchasing.

Deposits

Custom, bulk, or event-related orders may require a deposit to secure the order.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before the order is completed, shipped, or delivered.
  • Deposits are applied to the final order total.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.

Returns

Due to the custom and personalized nature of many products, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns may be considered for non-personalized items if:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is in original condition
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 12 hours, production may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
  • If a deposit has been paid, it is non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be offered in the following situations.

  • Damaged Items
    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. A replacement or refund may be issued if necessary.
  • Incorrect Orders
    If the wrong item is received, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
Blue Mahoe Creative Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Transit or customs delays
